Delivery & returns
Standard UK delivery £6. Free UK delivery on all orders over £150.
European (EU) delivery £16. Free European delivery on all orders over £200.
International delivery £26. Free International delivery on all orders over £200.
Note that, wherever possible, orders are sent by 'recorded' delivery to ensure that we can track and trace and to ensure that we all know when the parcel has been delivered safely.
For CHRISTMAS deliveries please visit Post Office last dates here . Orders need to be placed by 9am on the day for your delivery area.
For UK orders, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
For European and Rest of the World deliveries, please allow 10 working days for delivery.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
Deliveries are sent as 'signed for' items wherever possible - this means there needs to be someone in to receive the package. If you do not wish for this service please tell us - but we should explain that any non-delivery may be subject to investigation as we cannot be held directly responsible.
Please note that all SALE STOCK is NON RETURNABLE unless there is a factory fault with the item.
At Nancy Dee we are proud of our clothing and want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item with a copy of the documentation to:

within 14 days of receipt, in perfect condition and with all sales tags intact.
Please indicate on the accompanying documentation your reason for return, and remember, your delivery box can be reused!
We highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection as returned goods are considered your responsibility until they reach us.
Please note that for returned items, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty.
If you have received the item as a gift, please be aware that we cannot offer a refund but will provide you with a voucher code which can be applied to a new order.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please email us first at email@example.com, quoting your invoice number, to check we have the alternative in stock and allow us to reserve the item for you. Delivery is free of charge for exchanged items.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange for a different product at this time.
In the unlikely instance that your product is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your invoice number, details of the fault, and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. We will then email you full instructions for how to return it.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. These charges are non-refundable if the item is returned.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have the right to cancel their purchase. Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days of receiving your order, and can be sent by e-mail to email@example.com, quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled item(s) to us. If we do not receive the cancelled item(s) back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
